Parameters	char the character being entered code the virtual key code received
Description	key-down is the event posted when the user enters a graffiti character or presses the hardware scroll buttons. For normal characters, the character itself is returned. PalmOS also handles several system events as virtual keys with codes >255. These events are returned as integers.
